This is an informational website. It describes the web design and development services I offer and lets you get in touch. Nothing is sold or purchased online here.

Submitting the form or taking the quiz starts a conversation — it is not an order, a payment, or a binding contract, and it does not create a service agreement. A project only begins under a separate agreement that we set out in writing. Quiz results and plan selections are informational estimates to help you get oriented, not binding quotes.

“You don’t pay until you love it” describes how I generally like to work — you get to see your website before you pay for it. It is not, on its own, a binding quote or guarantee. The actual scope, price, and payment terms of any project are agreed directly between us in writing before the work is finalized, and those agreed terms are what govern the project.

Please don’t misuse this site: don’t attempt to disrupt or break it, access it in unauthorized ways, or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content through the form.

The content, design, and code of this website are mine unless stated otherwise. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or reuse them without my permission.

This site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I’m not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
