Do I have to pay anything upfront?

No. You don't pay a single dollar until your website is built and you're happy with it. I design and build the whole thing first. You see the finished result, and only then — if you love it — do we move forward. If it's not right for you, you walk away owing nothing.

What if I don't like the result?

Then you don't pay — it's that simple. I'd rather build something you're genuinely excited about than talk you into something you're unsure of. We'll usually go through a round or two of changes to get it right, but if it still isn't what you wanted, you're free to walk away at no cost.

When and how do I pay?

You pay once, after the site is finished and approved — not before. Once you've seen your website and you're happy with it, we'll sort out a payment method that works for both of us. From there, your site goes live and it's yours.

Is there a deposit or any hidden fees?

No deposit, and no surprise charges. The price we agree on is the price you pay. The only ongoing costs are things like your domain and hosting — and if you'd rather not deal with those, a support plan can cover everything for you (more on that below).

How much does a website cost?

Most projects land somewhere around $1,500 to $4,000 — though it can be lower or higher depending on how complex your site is. A simple, great-looking site starts around $900. Something with online booking, reservations, or payments runs higher because there's real functionality behind it. Most sites are ready in about one to two weeks, depending on size and how quickly we get your content. Simpler sites come together fast. Bigger builds with custom features take a little longer. Either way, I'll give you a realistic timeline before we start — no vague promises.

Yes — and it's a great starting point. If you already have a site, I'll build you a fresh one from scratch, keeping what works and fixing what doesn't. You get a modern, custom site without losing the parts your customers already know.

Who owns the website after it's built?

You do — completely. Once the project is paid for, the website is yours: the design, the code, everything. It's not rented, and you're not locked into me. I'll hand over everything you need, and where it makes sense, I'll show you where things live so you're never in the dark.

Can I edit the website myself?

Yes, if you'd like to. Some packages can be built so you can update your own content — text, photos, prices — without touching code. If you'd rather not deal with it at all, that's what the support plans are for: you send me the change, I handle it. Both options are on the table — it comes down to how hands-on you want to be.

You've got two easy options — a one-time change, or an ongoing support plan. For the occasional tweak, I can make updates as needed at an hourly rate. If you'd rather have someone quietly keeping your site updated and running, a monthly support plan covers regular changes, hosting, and upkeep — so you never think about it. Bigger additions, like a major new feature, are quoted separately.

What do the support plans include?

Plans range from light maintenance for simple sites to priority support for busy, growing businesses. With any plan, I take care of all the technical bills and behind-the-scenes work — you just reach out when you need something. You can see the plans in detail in the support section.

Do I need to handle hosting and the domain myself?

Only if you want to — otherwise I can take care of it all. If you'd rather keep things in your own hands, I'll set everything up and show you exactly where to pay and how it works. If you'd rather not think about it, any support plan covers your hosting, domain, and all the technical bills — it's completely handled on my end.

Yes — every site I build works beautifully on phones, tablets, and computers. Most of your customers will find you on their phone, so that's a priority from the start, not an afterthought. Your site will look sharp and load fast no matter how people reach it.

Your site is built to be fast and clean, so Google can find and read it from day one — but the hands-on SEO setup to help you rank for what your customers search is an optional add-on. When you choose your plan, you can simply check a box to add a basic SEO setup, and I'll take care of the essentials. (Deeper, advanced SEO isn't something I offer just yet.) Ranking at the very top takes time and depends on your market and competition, so it's never something anyone can honestly promise overnight.

No — everything's done online, which keeps it simple and flexible for you. We can talk through email, WhatsApp, or a quick call, whatever's easiest. You get the same care and attention without having to schedule an in-person meeting or leave your business.
