Privacy Policy

Information you give me. When you submit the contact form or take the quiz, I collect the details you provide — your name, email address, an optional message, the plan you select, and your quiz answers (such as your type of business, whether you have a website, and your timeline).

Usage information.I keep basic analytics about how the site is used — for example, that a page was visited, or that the quiz was started or completed. This is tied to a random identifier stored in your browser, not to your name, and isn’t used to personally identify you (unless the same visit later submits the form).

Technical information. When you submit the form, I also record your browser type (user agent) and the page you came from (referrer). Your IP address is used only briefly, on the server, to prevent spam and abuse — it is not stored in my database. My hosting provider (Vercel) may log IP addresses at the infrastructure level as part of operating the site.

I use this information to:

• respond to your inquiry and talk through your project;
• understand which paths and quiz results lead people to reach out, so I can improve the site;
• prevent spam and abuse of the form.

I do not sell or rent your personal information, and I don’t use it for third-party advertising or profiling. There are no advertising cookies or ad-network trackers on this site.

I use a few trusted providers to run this site. They process data only as needed to operate it, and not for their own marketing:

• Supabase — securely stores form submissions and usage analytics (database hosting).
• Resend — delivers the email that notifies me of your inquiry.
• Vercel — hosts and serves the website.

I don’t share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.

I keep the inquiries you send (name, email, message, plan, and quiz answers) as business records for as long as needed — you can ask me to delete yours at any time. Usage analytics are kept for up to 24 months and then removed.

You can ask me to review or delete the information you’ve submitted — just email me. You can also clear the analytics identifier at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party ad tracking. It uses your browser’s local storage only for a functional, anonymous analytics identifier, which is never shared with ad networks. Because there’s no advertising or cross-site tracking, no cookie consent banner is used.

I take reasonable measures to protect the information collected through this site, including keeping it with established providers behind access controls. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, so I can’t guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for visitors in the United States. I don’t direct my services to residents of the European Union, EEA, or United Kingdom. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.

This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if I learn that I have, I will delete it.

I may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
